4. NON TRANSFERABILITY

5. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

F’ace is not responsible for any problems or technical difficulties associated with the exploitation by Members of the Web Benefits, and for any damage or loss connected with the exploitation of the benefits. F’ace will not be liable or have any responsibility for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damage, loss of profits, or damage resulting from loss of data or business interruption) resulting from the exploitation of or inability to access to the Web Benefits. F’ace will not be liable for any loss resulting from alteration to, or termination of the Loyalty Program, or any of the Web Benefits. Members are responsible for the security of their Passwords and F’ace accepts no liability in the event that a Member’s logon and/or Password is disclosed by the Member, whether intentionally or not, so as to allow a third person online access to the Web Benefits. F’ace reserves the right to block online access to the Web Benefits by or through any third party website not authorised by F’ace.

 

7.  GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, he laws of Canada. Any term or provision of this Official Rules which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms and provisions of this Official Rules or affecting the validity or enforceability of any of the terms or provisions hereof in any other jurisdiction.

By registering an account with F’ace or by making a purchase of any F’ace products, all Members agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined clearly in this article.
