Refund and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please read the following conditions and fill out the return request form at the bottom section of this page. A customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days.
Conditions
1)Â Must contact us for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
2)Â Excessive damage to the item is not covered. Evaluation of excessive damage is subject to TheFaceBrand.com`s discretion.
3)Â Continued damage caused by a lack of effort to repair the bag, or the failure to replace worn parts resulting in additional damage will not be covered.
4)Â All returns must be unused.
5)Â Tags and accessories must be intact and sent in its original packaging.
6)Â Shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee
will be charged on your returned item(s).
7)Â The return or exchange postage fees are responsible by the customer.
8)Â We must receive the return or exchange item within 20 days after we issued you a Return Authorization Number.
9)Â Must provide us with the tracking number for the return item to monitor the delivery process.
Upon the evaluation of customer`s refund or exchange request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and provide you with instruction on where and how to return the item.
Please allow up to 60 days for the refund amount to appear on your statement or Paypal account.
